The world's best de novo assembler

Up until now, de novo assembly of large genomes has required computers with hundreds of gigabytes of RAM.

We recently visited some of our customers and were allowed to make a couple of short videos detailing how our software and solutions help them to achieve better results and save lot of time.

We interviewed Eva Stukenbrock, Postdoc, Cand. Scient. PhD at BiRC, Aarhus University, Denmark and Professor D. Jasper G. Rees from the Department of Biotechnology at the University of Western Cape, Africa. Feel free to watch the two videos above!
